In Order to Release a Vehicle, You Will Need the Following:

  • Valid Driver's License and/or Government Issued Photo Identification Card (passport, military ID card, state issued ID card)
  • Proof of Ownership - Vehicle title, Vehicle registration, bill of sale, valid insurance policy
  • All towing and storage fees will need to be paid via cash or credit card
  • (NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED)
  • PLEASE CALL AHEAD! We require a minimum of 30 minutes notice prior to releasing your vehicle.

In the Event the Police Have Placed a Hold on Your Vehicle:

  • If a "Hold" has been placed on your vehicle by any police department you must obtain a release from that department before the vehicle can be released.
  • PLEASE CALL AHEAD!  We require a minimum of 30 minutes notice prior to releasing your vehicle.
